Life Outside the Hospital

Well Leighton has officially made a week without a servant (nurse) waiting on her hand and foot. That's if you aren't counting daddy as the nurse. We are now home and life is good! Leighton is an amazing daughter with very subtle cries for food or changing. For the most part, she just continues to sleep. As a matter of fact, sleeping seems to be her hobby (like her grandpa). When it comes to feeding, waking her up is like trying to make a bear in hibernation rise for spring. I hope this isn't a preview of what's to come later. I can see it now; dad I missed class because i didn't hear my alarm.

OK, let's not get ahead of ourselves. She is lovely and we're not ready for her to grow up. We love you Leighton Grae!
